Lidiia Mialkina

Product manager for 0→1 and B2B. I own the loop from CustDev and CJM to backlog, specs, and launch. UX and clickable prototypes (including with AI) are how I align a decision before engineering. Background in IT through PO/PM and internal products; 0→1 ownership on TourGenius and BEANABOX. Looking for a full-time product role

Need a PM for a launch or B2B loop who can take a hypothesis to a testable prototype and spec? Write — I’ll show you on your actual task

Buyer UX optimization for the Mini App catalog

Cursor · HTML/CSS/JS · GitHub Pages BEANABOX · Sep 2026 · 8 iterations in 2 days
Problem

In the app catalog, a buyer struggled to find green coffee for their needs on their own and often had to ask a manager to place the order. Goal: raise self-serve orders from 10–20% to 30–40%

Solution

Framed JTBD and a hypothesis for a new catalog structure, then in ~15 active hours built a clickable prototype in Cursor — 8 iterations: shelves on the left, filter chips, sticky tools, denser lot cards with cart. Goal: validate UX myself without waiting on external engineering

Outcome

Status: prototype ready for testing with 5–7 buyers — self-serve order lift not measured yet. Success criterion: 5 of 7 complete a typical order without a manager. Engineering will get an aligned scenario and spec — not a raw hypothesis

Logic and prototype of the “Lot in transit” module

UX alignment cycle cut from ~2 weeks to 2 days

Cursor · HTML/CSS/JS · GitHub Pages ~2 working days
Problem

The team had not approved mockups for a new logistics flow — map, ETA, and cart hierarchy was contested. Handing a raw spec to engineering meant a high redo risk

Solution

In ~2 working days I built a clickable prototype in Cursor (HTML/CSS/JS) so the team could click through the path before development. Consciously in scope: map, ETA as forecast, tracking from cart. Cut: Yandex map underlay, third-party ports, fullscreen by default. A prototype for validation, not a production release

Outcome

Stakeholders walked from lot card to tracking on a live prototype. Aligned the hierarchy before engineering started — they got a tested spec, not a raw hypothesis. Cut the UX alignment cycle from ~2 weeks (mockups and meetings) to 2 days

Test assignment · Pixel Plus

CJM, blockers, and a spec for AI Pixel Tools

One fix before Create: the prompts → auto-competitors chain

CJM · JTBD · RICE · Cursor Sep 2026 ~0.5 working day
Problem

On the curated-prompts screen a new user does not see that the query list drives auto-competitor selection and the audit baseline. First value arrives skewed — numbers are computed around the wrong competitive set

Solution

In 2 days I built a CJM to first value, a blocker map prioritized with RICE, chose one improvement, and wrote a backlog spec plus a clickable as-is / to-be prototype on Pixel Plus UI Kit tokens

Outcome

A ready report for the backlog: focus — explain the prompts → auto-competitors / analytics chain before Create (RICE 12.2). Prototype with a Now / After toggle

B2B platform to buy and sell green coffee

Lean growth of the platform

Product Manager / Project Lead 2024 — present Cheboko LLC

Product growth · April → September 2026

  • +66% mini-app base
  • +45% lot catalog
  • ×6.2 site organic

Product. A B2B green-coffee platform for buyers and suppliers: lots worldwide, deals from sample to batch in a Telegram Mini App. The site beanabox.ru captures demand and routes into the messenger

  • My role. I own the mini-app and promo-site loop: buying flows, catalog filters, platform ↔ logistics ↔ invoice. I build the backlog, set priorities, write specs, and drive delivery. UX/UI, Figma Jam, copy and SEO with AI stay in the same hands
  • How I grow it. Hypothesis → priority → mockup/prototype → launch on minimal resources. Metrics above are reach of the loop (base, catalog, organic); deal economics and order conversion are the next layer I am tightening

Telegram-first Travel Tech MVP

Product & Delivery Lead + UX/UI 11 months Oct 2024 — Aug 2025

Telegram-first Travel Tech MVP: find and book local outdoor events in the Altai Republic

  • Research. Ran 25+ in-depth interviews, framed JTBD and built a CJM — found users drop off without intermediate motivation points along the journey
  • Scope and priorities. Designed a 15-screen gamified onboarding — deliberately cut it from v1 to hit the MVP launch date
  • Delivery + UX/UI. Owned the backlog with two remote teams; designed Mini App architecture: search, filters, catalog of events and locations, booking
  • Outcome. A base of 256 events and 100 nature locations. Took the product to a functional MVP

How I work

Research → priorities → launch. UX and prototypes so engineering does not get a raw hypothesis

01

Research, backlog, delivery

CustDev, JTBD, CJM → hypotheses → priorities (RICE and hard scope cuts) → specs and acceptance. Decision history lives in Buildin. I run the loop myself or with a small remote team

02

UX and a prototype before engineering

Mockups in Figma, flow logic in Figma Jam. When the flow is contested — a clickable prototype (Cursor + HTML/CSS/JS): stakeholders click through → we cut scope → engineering gets a tested spec, not a raw hypothesis. A prototype for validation, not production

03

Metrics I already own

At BEANABOX I grow reach of the loop the lean way. April–September 2026: mini-app +66%, catalog +45%, site organic ×6.2. Next layer — order conversion and deal economics
